1. What Samurex AI software is for

Samurex AI is a software-as-a-service company. We build algorithmic trading tools (the "Software") that individuals connect to their own brokerage accounts. We are not a financial adviser, asset manager, broker or investment adviser, and we guarantee no growth, income or success of any kind from using the Software.

The Software runs on parameters you agree and activate. Execution logic, exposure, position sizing and margin thresholds all follow that configuration. Samurex AI does not supervise your positions, send trade recommendations, or intervene in your account; everything the engines do traces back to settings under your control.

Samurex AI products are not investment schemes, income programmes or shortcuts to wealth. Automation is a tool. It does not remove risk, and headline results shown anywhere on this site may be far from typical: outcomes vary with capital, duration, market regime, leverage and the settings applied.

2. No guaranteed return, no advice

Using Samurex AI software implies no assured return of any kind. Everything we publish — on the website, inside the software, in any material — exists for information and education. None of it is financial, trading or investment advice, and none of it accounts for your personal situation. Every investment decision is yours, and every one carries risk up to total loss of principal.

Illustrations of performance, whether strategy examples, backtests, audited live records or hypothetical scenarios, say nothing about what happens next.

3. How the figures on this site are produced

• Audited account figures on the track record and engine pages are read from live accounts published by independent third-party verification platforms, and cover each account's full published history.
• Verified monthly return (for example "+7.7%") is the gain the linked account has averaged per month across its complete published history. It is a description of the past, not a target, floor or forecast, and the months behind it vary widely.
• Charts labelled illustrative use modelled monthly sequences consistent with those bands. They are drawn to show shape and variability, not to report a specific account.
• The compounding model applies an average monthly return to a hypothetical balance. It is arithmetic applied to history. Nobody was paid the amount it shows.
• Benchmark figures for the S&P 500 are actual index monthly returns and are shown for context only. A twelve-month comparison is too short to establish skill.

4. Hypothetical performance notice

Hypothetical and simulated results have inherent limitations and do not reflect real trading. They may fail to capture genuine market conditions — liquidity above all — and they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses like those shown. Real trading adds financial and psychological pressures that simulation cannot model, and execution reality can change outcomes materially. Differences between hypothetical and actual results are frequently large and usually unfavourable.

5. Testimonials and reviews

Client comments published on this site are the individual experience of the person who wrote them and are not representative of what any other client will experience. They are not compensated. They are not a guarantee, a projection, or evidence of anything beyond one person's opinion at one point in time.

6. Conflicts of interest

We disclose the following so you can weigh what we say:

• Samurex AI is paid a subscription fee for the software licence. Our revenue rises when more people subscribe, which gives us an obvious commercial interest in this website persuading you.
• We are not paid a share of your profits, we take no commission on your trades, and we receive no rebate, introducing-broker fee or other payment from any brokerage. Nobody here earns more when your engine trades more, or when it trades bigger.
• We have no ownership interest in, and no commercial arrangement with, the verification platforms that publish our records.

7. Who may give trading advice

Personalised trading advice may only be given by professionals registered with the relevant authority in their jurisdiction. Samurex AI and its people hold no such registration and give no individualised financial, tax or legal advice. Demonstrations, examples and educational content from us are never recommendations and never promises of profit.

8. Jurisdiction and availability

Samurex AI does not target, and makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available in, any jurisdiction where offering or using them would breach local law. Checking your own position is your responsibility. We may decline service in any territory at our discretion.

9. Accuracy and updates

We take care to keep figures on this site current and correct, but data feeds fail, records update, and pages lag. Where a number here disagrees with the underlying audited record, the audited record is authoritative. If you spot a discrepancy, please tell us at [email protected] and we will correct it.
